USPS HCR Driver Training

Every contract carrier, even if he or she is a veteran carrier, is trained by either our COO or one of our trainers for several days. Postal  policy is covered during the training and the carriers is given a binder that includes the HCR training manual, company contact information, a map of the route and a copy of all USPS forms needed to correctly perform the job.

Contract carriers are  taught how to restructure and properly label the mail case for maximum efficiency. They are also shown how to clean up their edit book to create the most effective line of travel. We also use My Tracks, a GPS tracker that allows anyone, in case of an emergency,  to step in and cover a route at a moment's notice.
