EXECUTIVE OPERATIONS

LEE ERICKSON

Lee is a North Dakota native and is the founder of our company. He is a graduate of Jamestown College, where he ran track/cross country and majored in History and Physical Education; to paraphrase, he was a dumb jock! Lee has two children with whom he enjoys spending time. He also has a passion for golf, watching sports, and eating donuts. He has over 30 years experience starting and developing businesses, and has worked with the Postal Service for 8 years.  

JEREMY SALAZAR

Jeremy was born and raised in Edinburg, TX and attended South Texas College, he likes to say he has a degree in "Makin' It Happen." Jeremy currently lives in Edinburg, TX with his wife and has two children. He has over 15 years of experience starting and developing businesses and enjoys building relationships. He enjoys playing golf, hunting, fishing, cooking and barbequing, spending time with his family, and razzing his friends. 

JACE ERICKSON

Jace was born and raised in Jamestown, ND, and graduated from the University of North Dakota with degrees in Music Education and Vocal Performance.  Jace has been a teacher, conductor, and non-profit organization director.  These experiences have prepared him well for a career as a business professional.

SANDRA DAVIS TUCKER

Sandra Davis was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, and has lived up and down the east and west coast before landing in Myrtle Beach, SC. This upbringing coupled with her USMC experience (plus more than a decade of work experience for the USPS) developed within her strong managerial, organizational, and people skills that she loves to use every day to help train and advise for Screaming Eagle Delivery, Inc. Or did the skills come first and the experience second to such a phenom?! Most important to Sandra are: Faith, Family, Fun, Fellowship. Her closing remarks: Myrtle Beach is my base; In my RV/Van I’ll roam; Wherever I park it, is Home! 

LESLIE FIKE

Leslie is happily married to the love of her life, who is a 3rd generation Texas farmer.  She has four amazing kids, a fabulous son-in-law, and a beautiful granddaughter.  She loves to spend time with her family, loves the outdoors and loves to hunt.  Leslie is a believer in Jesus Christ and loves her life!  She has been working in finance since 2009 and has been a Controller for over 10 years. Leslie is honored to be a part of Screaming Eagle Delivery, Inc., loves working with our amazing team and loves our mission!

TAYLOR HANSEN

Taylor was born and raised in Texas. She graduated from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley with a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and a double minor in Business Management and English. She has over 5 years of experience in the finance industry and feels blessed to be a part of the amazing team at Screaming Eagle Delivery! She loves spending time with her family, being outdoors and traveling.

JEFF SMALL

Jeff was born and raised in Stockton, KS, and attended Fort Hays State University.  He has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management. Jeff has 15 years experience in transportation logistics.  He has a genuine passion for golf and loves to travel.  Jeff is well known in the Bismark-Mandan area, as well as around the company's routes as a fun guy and social butterfly.  He could be the next governor of ND!  VOTE SMALLS 4 GUV!

PAMELA VILLAREAL

Pamela was born and raised in deep South Texas and takes pride in the strong values of faith, family, and hard work that have guided her throughout her life. Before transitioning into her current role as Assistant Operations Manager at Screaming Eagle Delivery Inc., she worked as a carrier driver for the company for two and a half years, gaining valuable firsthand experience in daily operations. She now supports applicant communication, scheduling, and team coordination, helping keep the company running smoothly and efficiently.

Pamela is a devoted wife and mother of four and a proud sports mom who enjoys supporting her children in their athletic and extracurricular activities. She is actively involved in ministry and values serving her community while building meaningful relationships both personally and professionally. She enjoys the outdoors, cooking for friends and family, and spending quality time with the people she loves most.
